The success and enjoyment of motorsport is ours and ours alone. Participation at the various race, solosport or race official workshops sets the tone and success for the 2011 season. Lets' make this event a success!

Awards Dinner Information
When – Saturday, October 16, 2010
Time – Cocktails 6:00 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm
Where – Radisson Hotel, Calgary Airport, 2120 16 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta
Cost – TBA
We have arranged for a few rooms to be available at the cost of $109 per room BUT they must be reserved prior to September 15th. After that time the price of each room goes up and our block of rooms will be released.
Individuals are required to reserve their guest rooms with one of their Reservation Agents using their direct line: (403) 291-4666 or our toll-free number: 1-800-333-3333. Mention Western Canada Motorsport Association for the price discount.
Remember it’s easier to book the room now, have it and perhaps cancel later if your plans change rather than trying to book it closer to the event when the price has gone up and the availability is limited.
Dinner tickets will be available from Sue Wilson. E-mail dinner ticket requests to sue@somedaysoon.ca. Tickets will be paid for at the door. Deadline for dinner ticket orders is Monday, October 11, 2009. Please note that an email confirmation of your dinner ticket order will be done. If you don’t receive a confirmation, then we don’t know you are coming.
If you have any special menu requirements (vegetarian etc.) please let me know.
Let’s get out there and cheer for our 2010 Solosport and Race Champions and thank all of the track workers for their hard work this season – everyone deserves it!
